Who we are

Fragrance Villa is a fragrance retailer based in DEBBYMALL, Agungi, Lekki, Lagos. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or shop with us, why we collect it and how we protect it, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
• Delivery details: your address, and any gift note you add.
• Order history: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.
• Account details if you create one, and the fragrances you save to your wishlist.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
• Basic technical information such as your device, browser and the pages you visit.

We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled securely by Paystack and OPay, who are licensed payment processors.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your questions.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: payment processors (Paystack and OPay), delivery partners who bring your order to you, our website hosting and database providers, and our email provider. Each of them may only use your information to provide their service to us.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your shopping bag and wishlist, and measure how the website is used. If we run advertising, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our adverts work. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may then not work as expected.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Other information is kept only for as long as it is useful to you, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. To make a request, contact us at contact@fragrancevilla.ng. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
